Primobolan (Primo) is the brand name for methenolone, an anabolic steroid. There are two forms: methenolone enanthate (injection) and methenolone acetate (tablets). Primo is considered relatively mild and has rather low androgenic effects, which is why it is often preferred by athletes and bodybuilders when muscle mass and strength are to be improved, but with a tendency to lower risk of side effects than with stronger steroids. During the cutting phase, it is used to maintain muscle mass or to support slow, high-quality muscle building.
